Bruce v Kaye [2004] NSWSC 277 (8 April 2004)This is an interesting NSW case that a plaintiff  lost because the judge held that the catastrophic uterine rupture that happened to her mother  may have been caused by her mother’s  previous abortion and not the negligence of the obstetrician who delivered her.
