**Working capital - This capital is required prior to signing a ServiceMaster Janitorial or Floor Care Franchise Agreement. This capital may be needed to cover Initial Investment costs and capital needs of the business during the start-up phase. Initial investment costs are detailed in ITEM 7 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
